Veronica’s academic interests include strategic human resource management, the impact of human resource management on employee creativity and well-being, and leadership. She has published in leading international journals including Human Resource Management (US), Human Resource Management Journal (UK), Human Resource Management Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior and others. She has also written multiple book chapters on HRM and innovation. Veronica is on the editorial board for European Management Journal and Human Resource Management Journal.
