Our purpose is to contribute to putting an end to abuse at work, or what is referred to as workplace incivility, and to help frontline service employees from equity-seeking groups who have or are experiencing workplace incivility.
We hope to achieve this goal by:
- Enabling frontline service employees to have a voice—to share their stories so they do not feel alone and so others become aware of the problem;
- Gathering data to further research workplace incivility to understand why and where it happens, and how to make it stop.
